B.E.S.T. is seeking qualified professional training and coaching staff, with demonstrated diverse coaching ability, to train players with professionalism and with focus on individual and team education and development. Our name and reputation depend on your ability to organize, instruct, train, and lead players of varying ages and abilities in the game of soccer, helping them learn & develop new skills, improve their physical condition, and achieve success in their sport.

You will be fully trained in the unique B.E.S.T. training method, a structured, progressive training module that is unlike any other available in the United States. Your focus will be coaching, and staying up to date with developments in the field, updating your knowledge and qualifications to continually provide a better service to our players, teams, and clubs. Suitable applicants will have extensive knowledge of the way the sport is played, its rules and regulations, and strategies, along with the relevant soccer coaching experience and qualifications. You must pass criminal and legal background checks and your qualifications, experiences and references will be verified.

We’re looking for highly motivated self-starters with entrepreneurial leadership tendencies to expand the sales and market reach of B.E.S.T.’s professional soccer training and services throughout the U.S.

As a B.E.S.T. Regional Account Executive you will be responsible for promoting and selling B.E.S.T. soccer training programs and services through lead building / cold-calling, event marketing campaigns and outreach strategies including trade shows, expo’s, networking events, tournaments, showcase events and promotional campaigns, to generate new clients and expand business within your geographic territory. Identify and develop business relationships and aggressively pursue long-term sales opportunities to local youth soccer teams, clubs and leagues, recreation organizations, schools, youth programs and the public in general and to liaise with other sporting partners and organizations. Conduct professional meetings/appointments with newly identified potential clients to discover customer needs and customize a solution of B.E.S.T. services and training to meet those needs. Create and deliver professional presentations. Conduct significant level of related phone work to support and follow-up from this activity. Deliver customer satisfaction follow-up services, build and maintain relationships at multiple levels of the client organization and identify further sales opportunities and referrals.

If you have prior sports industry sales outreach and marketing experience; telemarketing or cold-calling techniques with a proven record of sales achievements; experience creating innovative sales and marketing campaigns to promote services to the target market; demonstrated ability to create and deliver high-impact sales presentations and to deploy powerful closing strategies; strength in time management, administrative ability, organization, and customer service skills; ability to remain focused on sales goals and work independently; ability to communicate effectively with the public and represent B.E.S.T. and its products / services in a positive and professional manner; and possess an outgoing and engaging personality, take initiative, have a strong work ethic …and do you love the beautiful game? …then you have ingredients needed for a successful career with us!
